Career Apptitude

Well you might as well decide sooner or later.

I am taking career aptitude tests. They actually fun and my sister and I are laughing at the results as they are often entirely wrong as far as what interest us.

For example I got teacher.

I have the patience of a snake. Cross me and I will bite you.

She said she feared for the children lol.

So take a few, laugh at the results, and who knows it might actually help you in the future!

Laugh, Laugh I Say!

No not at my large collection of rather lame jokes. Ok the make my dog whine, but that is not the point.

Laugh at my grave misfortune.

You know that ferret we just got.

I currently hate her.

I was cleaning out her cage (she still refuses to use the litter box) and was finishing up the last corner ( It is a four story cage) when Izzy backs into the corner above me and promptly pees all over my head.

So not only did she pee on my head(!!!!!!!!!!) she also gave me a lot more work cleaning it out of the carpet.

So gasp in horror my loyal subjects! Or laugh until you need kidney transplants, your choice.

GET A PET!

The greatest cure to boredom is to get a pet.

The kind you have to train.

Not like my snake, hedgehog, rabbits, hamsters, or chinchilla.

More like my dogs and the ferret.

Yes we have 11 pets. Not to mention the duck that hangs out around our house although I haven't seen him for months.............................

Dogs must be trained and I will admit my pups aren't perfect yet. But between the two of them there is not much of the basics left. I just can't get them to roll over!

However the ferret, which is a rescue, has been impossible to litter box train. Granted she has been here for two days but within a week I will be banging my head on the desk saying, " I hate that stupid ferret!" And I will love her anyways.

So go adopt a pet from your local shelter, for you, your kids, or the neighbor girl down the street whose parents will hate you afterwards and remember to feed them all!

Boredom solution #2...

Dance!

I mean it get off your butt, crank up the tunes, and dance!

Call your friends, get them to dance too.

Or go out in your front yard and dance to no music and laugh at the faces of innocent people out walking their dog, or going on a drive.

Teach your dog to dance.

Try to teach a zucchini to dance.

The possibilities are endless! So dance!

Boredom myth #1

Playing solitaire will ease boredom.

Honestly the more you play the worse it gets. Then you find yourself addicted to the game.
Yeah, it has happened.

Instead why not play a game of war by yourself? If you do so at parties someone is bound to ask you what you are doing.

Boredom Solution #1...

Edit every word in a document or email to be a different size color or font.

Also type every word of an email to anyone you know in webdings and see what kind of response you get!
